Refund Policy

No refunds, 1 week to return shoes for store credit.   They must be returned in the original box, brand spanking new, no foot prints in them, clean.  Shoes are a personal item and I hope you understand.  Some shoes are seasonal so you get one week to change your mind and get them back to us.  After one return, the next sale is final.


We encourage you to take your time in selection. Please ask questions. We would love to help.  We will take all the time it takes to assist you in finding just the right shoes for your feet.
Items on sale or clearance are a final sale.



At this time we do not sell online.  If you wish to order something, please call the store at 615-495-8125 (M-F 10am - 6pm; Saturday 10am - 4pm) and someone will assist you.

We can ship to any address in the United States. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We ship all orders via FedEx.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
