Online Refund Policy
Shoes must be returned in the original box, brand spanking new, no foot prints in them, clean. Shoes are a personal item and I hope you understand.
We offer shipping within the Continental United States via FedEx at a flat rate of $10.
Most orders will leave our store in 1-2 business days. If your order is delayed, we'll contact you via email.
We accept unworn, mailed out returns within 30 days of receipt of your items. Please ship back your item(s) in the original packaging. All sale and clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We'll refund your credit card within 3 business days of receiving your unworn merchandise. Please include a telephone number where you can be reached as we do not keep personal information on file. We will need your account information in order to process the return. Please allow 7-10 days for the credit to post, as individual banks will vary on how quickly your refund is posted.
To exchange clothing, the item must not show signs of wear, the tag must still be in place and not smell like smoke. If the item is returned in any condition other than new, no store credit will be given. An exchange request must be made within a week of purchase in order to receive store credit. If the item is on sale, it is a final sale.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we have made the error. In the event of a problem, please contact our store at (615) 495-8125 and we will promptly resolve any issues.
